When we want to learn something, we need to know the terminology and the meaning of it so that it would be easier to understand it. In the forum related with internet marketing, there is one terminology called SERP. It would be better if we know about that word and understand the meaning so that we can give our own respond while other talk about it.

SERP is abbreviation of Search Engine Result Page. It is actually a page that appears from the result that is done by search engine.  Every time people do the search, Google would come up with billion result and they were divided by several pages. Each page would appear with 10 website only.

While appearing the page of that 10 web and manage the result, Google is using certain formula which is not published until now.  However some online businessman and the search engineer have done several trial and try to published what they discover.

When we understand about SERP, what we usually like to do is to make the web or our blog to be on the top rank or first position on the first page so that the searcher would visit our web. This will increase the traffic web and we could take the advantage as one business opportunity.

So after we knew about SERP, we should now focus on how could we be on the top rank or at the first position on the first page according to our target.
