Joomla dan WordPress are similar open source software that is very populer and still exist nowadays. Both of them could be considered as a king of open source software for CMS category and blogging platform. For CMS, the flexibility and the quality of joomla has no doubt. The weakness point of this joomla is the size of its system core file which is very big so that it would take longer while loading.

WordPress

Even it has been categorized as blog software, however WordPress can also be usd as CMS. The interesting thing from WordPress is the simplicity of their interface. It will not take long for you to understand the work of WordPress.

The strength point of wordpress :

Besides the size of its core file is relatively small, much smaller than joomla, wordpress also have an easier installation process. WordPress is very suitable for making simple website like company profile (organization ) or personal site.

However for making the community site with membership system, this wordpress is not as good as joomla.
